Guarantees & Returns
All products must have a clear indication of whether or not they have a warranty, and the time period for claiming the warranty.
The customer has the right to file a claim regarding this period based on their dissatisfaction or complaint about the product and/or service, and their case must be addressed within 5 business days. Upon presentation of evidence by the customer, a 100% refund of the product's value will be issued, or a replacement will be provided if it is verified that there has been no alteration of the product.
